Rates, Reservation Page.
All rooms have maid service, air-conditioning, hot/cold water, Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, exotic hardwoods and a view of the
most beautiful
beach in Costa Rica. Room rates range from USD $65 to $120. Breakfast and special meals
are available at additional cost. Our property is one of the coolest spots
on the coast, exclusively loaded with the most diverse surf, shaded with trees, macaws, plants maximizing
the cool ocean breeze, protection from the sun, tourist crowds and mid-day heat. Email

. We confirm all reservations prior to arrival guaranteed, by PayPal,
credit
card,
pre-payment deposit or, travel agency vouchers. Cancellations made 15
days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Emergency
cancellations
will be refunded up to the day of travel. We do not profit from your
loss. We just need a commitment to hold rooms. We accept PayPal. We
do not accept Travelers
Checks. There is a $25 charge for Lost Keys/Towels and $50 for smoking
cigarettes in the rooms. Pura Vida!
